Concerns about the safety or welfare of an adult or child

Reporting Form
This form is monitored by our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and safeguarding team. All reports are treated confidentially and in accordance with our safeguarding policies.
After submitting, you should receive an acknowledgement within 24-48 hours. For urgent concerns, please also email safeguarding@pupsinthepark.uk directly.
