Pups In The Park 2
Our Second meet on the 18th October 2025
Activities
In our second event, we played Bingo and Pinch the Parcel, which brought plenty of laughter and fun to our Second event.
Alongside the games, we had a wonderful mix of content creators and attendees exchanging gifts and sharing various handmade crafts that members of the community had created themselves.
It was a lovely opportunity for everyone to connect, show their creativity, and enjoy the sense of togetherness that makes our community so special.
Event Recap
Our second event on October 18th, 2025 was a Blast! We had over 250 attendees which was so amazing for our 2nd ever event!
Feedback In Review
At PITP, We value community feedback, here some of the key things we were identify based off community feedback!
"Games felt disorganised"
- Introducing games was new for PITP2, and we learned a lot. The number of attendees far exceeded our expectations, which led to delays in setting up Pinch the Parcel. This unfortunately had a knock-on effect on the day's schedule. For PITP3, we are committed to hiring a larger helper team. More preparation and more hands on deck will ensure everything is set up smoothly before it's due to start.
"Unsafe Location or "The Roadmen"
- One of the core values of PITP is to be unique and host our events exclusively in the wild. We will be continuing this fashion in a more secure & private venue. Which can be closed to the public. We are currently looking into venues that are Flag-shipped by The English Heritage Foundation
"Lack of designated spaces"
- With over £250+ raised by you amazing pups, this allows us to implement clearer areas using things like Gazebo's and Banners to keep areas separate.
"Items were unprotected"
- We had multiple helpers monitoring the main area throughout the day. However, we understand the concern. Future events in more secure, private venues should significantly reduce this risk. Please remember that you bring personal items at your own risk.
"Lack of toilets"
- As much as we wish we could provide, toilet facilities are increasingly expensive and require more planning, approval and payment. We do not currently plan to implement our own toilet facilities like this and urge attendees to use nearby Public facilities.
"Staff too quiet"
- This is an easy fix! With our new budget, we will be implementing an amplification system, such as a speaker or megaphone, to ensure all announcements are heard clearly.
"Where is the next PITP?"
- We are using YOUR feedback to choose the location of the NEXT PITP. We can confirm we will be leaving our home in Birmingham.
Looking Ahead
Thank you all for making PITP 2 so great. Your continued support is what makes our community thrive. We can't wait to see you at the next pups in the park! 🐾
